Making Church Home

We Welcome You!

Our church staff make our church a home. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and faith anchor HTRC and build a community devoted to upholding the teachings of Christ. They passionately minister, teach, counsel, guide, sing, laugh, preach and lead us with love, skill, and yes, even humility. Our pastors and spiritual leaders come from strong theological backgrounds, solid personal faith, and experience in a variety of churches. “For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching…” (Romans 12: 4-7) Our staff is amazing and essential to fulfilling Harvest Time Revival Center’s mission among the family of Waco churches.

Christian Church in Waco

Lee & Sharon Farmer

Senior Pastors
Pastors Lee and Sharon Farmer are the founders of Harvest Time Revival Center. HTRC held its inaugural service on August 24, 2003. On that Sunday morning, 120 expectant worshippers met and gave birth to this vibrant congregation. Pastors Lee and Sharon Farmer served under the leadership of Rev. Barney and Billie Arnett, Senior Pastors of Bible Way Church in Waco, Texas, for more than 25 years. They spent the first several years evangelizing, and the last 16 years as Assistant Pastors. Pastor Lee felt an urgency to spread the message of hope in Jesus Christ to a broader spectrum of people, and from this vision, Waco Harvest Time Revival Center was founded. We joined a growing family of non-denominational churches in Texas. From the start, this body of believers has kept its focus on winning souls for the Kingdom of God. We’ve outgrown two churches. After meeting in an abandoned school library for over a year, on December 5, 2004, the congregation dedicated a brand new house of worship, located at 2708 Robinson Drive. Over 200 worshippers came together that day to exalt the name of Jesus! Over the next several years, abundant growth took place both spiritually and physically and many lives were changed by the power of God. By the year 2007, it was clear that Harvest Time needed more space to fulfill its purpose of evangelizing the city of Waco. God heard the cry of His people, and on Sunday, July 13, 2008, about 400 worshippers celebrated at this new location, 1208 N. Robinson Drive (the former Calvary Assembly of God, founded by Rev. R. L. and Nona Whitworth). Pastors Lee and Sharon continue to look ahead to all that God has in store and hold onto the promise in His Word, “I will draw them by My Spirit.”

Daron & Abbey Farmer

Associate Pastors

Daron Farmer has been working as the Associate Pastor of Harvest Time Revival Center since its beginning. The son of Pastors Lee and Sharon Farmer, Daron has been involved in various aspects of this ministry throughout the church’s growth. He is supported by his loving wife, Abbey and two beautiful children, Ethan and Hailey. Daron has been used in preaching, singing, and playing musical instruments in churches throughout the nation. His wife, Abbey, is currently over the Women’s Ministry at Harvest Time. It is her desire to see women of faith come together and live encouraged and empowered lives. Daron and Abbey have a heart for God, and a burden for lost and hurting people. It’s this passion that drives them to walk through the doors of opportunity that God opens with a sense of purpose as they share the message of the Gospel. Daron and Abbey’s family is a living testimony that Jesus died so that we might have abundant and blessed lives. They believe in the power of the resurrection that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, and know that the power of God is still changing lives today! It is their desire to be servants of the Lord Jesus Christ and to get this message out to all who will hear: “Prepare the way of the Lord… Jesus is coming soon!”
